Spring Fashions
Do I even have to say anything? Demi Moore looks amazing in this Fuchsia Marchesa dress. Notice the simple yet elegant design and the eye popping color - great for spring/summer 2010. Also notice that she is not wearing black shoes. The trend for this season is to wear more natural colored shoes in tans, nudes and grays. So bring out your bright colors for spring and put those black sandals in the back of the closet!
What you can expect from LDesigns:

I love this entire ensemble. From the striped tee - a must have for spring - to the clear jewels - another must! This statement necklace gets a spring update with chunky silver chain, dangling gems, and clear jewels. Check out this similar piece from FAITH jewelry:

The Over Sized Sweater - perfect for Mom on the Go!
I love this entire look from head to toe! This is perfect for the transition weather we are experiencing right now. A comfortable over sized sweater, matching tee and jeans. Mom on the go with style.
From instyle.com: Jeans are from Gap
Watch for Similar styles coming for LDesigns!
The Boyfriend Jean from Nordstom
The boyfriend jean is so popular this season. Cut with more room in the waist, hips and thigh, they are more comfortable for those who do not wish to squeeze into the the skinny jean! This is a great picture of Jennifer Aniston (from instyle.com) wearing distressed boyfriend jeans from Nordstrom.

Capris for Spring from Express
I haven't shopped at Express in years thinking it was just for juniors - girls who haven't developed the post baby, post-menopausal hips yet! But I wandered into one of the stores in the mall recently eying a pair of jeans in the window that looked that they might be cut for someone who has lived already. Happily I tried on the jeans (the boyfriend capris) and I loved them! I just spotted these cropped embellished cargo pants ($49.50) also from Express and think they are next on my list. I love spring fashions!
Fashion Look of the Day
I love this picture from instyle.com. The combination of pattern, beading and openwork lace on the dress are so beautiful. The single-shoulder dress is going to be very popular this season. Also look for single shoulder blouses and tanks this spring. Notice how the actress has paired this dress with a black beaded clutch, rose-gold sandals and minimal accessories. When you have such a statement dress, everything else should be toned down. Great look!

Spring Fashion Trends from LDesigns
According to instyle.com spring’s biggest delight is discovering that comfort doesn’t have to be compromised. I love this sleeveless blouse from Ann Taylor. It is slightly tapered to give a feminine silhouette and the ruffles around the collar (one of the season's hottest trends) give it a soft and stylish look.

Falling For Color
This season’s three top wardrobe colors are Teal, Rust, and Rich Purple. Where you might not want to dress in any of these colors from head to toe, it is good to accent your wardrobe with pops of these current color trends.Teal looks wonderful paired with warm neutral shades like tan, brown and gold hues. Try pairing a beautiful teal blouse or sweater with a tan or khaki skirt.
Rust, or warm orange, is a great color to add to your fall wardrobe. Pair this bold color with dark denim to give you an updated look without having to buy an entire new wardrobe. Look for our Long Sleeve Banded Bottom tops in soft jersey cotton coming soon.
Rich purple makes anyone look a little regal. This color is easier to get away with in large doses so pair up a ruffled blouse with black skirt or pants or a simple sheath dress with black tights and boots. You can’t go wrong.
Have fun with color this season and look for new, fashion forward styles coming soon to Extravagant Necessities!
